Engineering the Shoreline Foundation
On the water’s edge, the project began with raw ground exposed to the Red Sea’s winds and tides. Structural foundations and retaining systems were executed with precision to withstand coastal conditions and soil movement. This carefully engineered base made it possible to build a unified enclave that balances durability with a prime waterfront setting.

From Separate Chalets to a Unified Coastal Front
With the structural framework complete, twenty-four individual chalets were rearticulated within a single architectural language stretching along the shore. Calm horizontal lines, balanced proportions, and a restrained material palette visually connect each volume while framing the sea beyond. The result is a continuous coastal frontage that gives the project a clear, cohesive identity.

Interiors Shaped for Quiet Daily Living
Inside, open-plan living and dining spaces are arranged to feel both generous and intimate. Warm tones, natural finishes, and carefully detailed joinery create a sense of calm that supports everyday life by the sea. Every interior element—from lighting to furniture placement—contributes to a quiet, elevated residential experience.

A Private Retreat Between Pool and Marina
At the culmination of the journey, the project reveals its signature amenity: an indoor infinity-edge pool that visually extends toward the marina. A sculpted waterfall wall and the sound of moving water define the atmosphere, while uninterrupted views open out to yachts and the distant horizon. This space offers a final moment of seclusion and luxury at the heart of the waterfront enclave.
